    This website requires no account and does not track you beyond the consent-gated analytics described under Cookies & Storage below.

    When you use the contact form, the details you provide (name, email address, and optionally company, role, and message) are submitted to Google Forms, which acts as our processor, and are used solely to respond to your enquiry. The legal basis for this processing is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you give by submitting the form.

    Contact enquiries are kept for no longer than 12 months after our last exchange, unless a business relationship follows.

    You may at any time request access to, rectification, erasure, or portability of your personal data, or withdraw your consent, by writing to contact@optiroq.com.

    If you believe your data protection rights have been infringed, you may lodge a complaint with the Luxembourg supervisory authority, the Commission nationale pour la protection des données (CNPD).

    Cookies & Storage

    • Your language preference and your cookie-consent choice are kept in your browser's local storage. They are functional, stay on your device, and are not shared with anyone.
    • Google Analytics is loaded only after you accept analytics in the consent banner. If you decline, no analytics cookies are set.
    • Exchange rates shown on the site are fetched from the Frankfurter API (European Central Bank reference rates); the request sets no cookies.
    • Embedded videos use YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode, which sets no tracking cookies until you play a video.
